Pillar 02

Industrialising Agentic AI

Moving agents from demo to dependable infrastructure.

The Wild West of AI is over; the work now is building the factory floor. The question stops being 'how do I build an agent?' and becomes 'how do I run a thousand of them without burning the budget?' That shift needs an assembly line — supervisor patterns instead of monolithic 'god agents', deterministic evaluations instead of vibes, observability that catches cost before it scales, and governance wired in rather than bolted on. It also needs the unglamorous adoption work: a skills library is the easy part; getting an organisation to actually use it is the real one. The throughline is making agentic AI boring enough to be dependable — predictable, cost-aware, and safe at scale.
